fright before your eyes

I often wonder if this room wasn't as good as it was would this site and Clueminati Tales be around today.

This was "case one" and the room that started the hobby-obsession for what has become Clueminati Tales. 

​

Neither of us had done a room of note so this was our first real experience in a modern escape room and it just blew us away. 

​

We plan on replaying this one annually so this review is really working off my memory here but honestly it still stands out to me.

​

The immersion is wonderful and really is in service of the story which really was well told. It's nice to play a room where all the elements are driving the story. 

​

This room also had great use of smart technology which added to the story and did not become a distraction. 

 

The room is spooky but I did not consider it scary; no actors or jump scares.
