What a great concept and execution.
This room continues Legend's ability for designing amazing set pieces as this Cabin set is one of the best we've played in terms of feeling exactly like a cabin in the woods. Amazing immersion.
The game play really takes advantage of the set and the flow is perfect. Great matching of narrative to game play and puzzling.
And the puzzles - one of the coolest and most original puzzles I've seen in a room to-date.
I know a lot of you have player many more games than I have but after playing 130+ rooms - I still have yet to see something like this puzzle in this room (you'll have to play it for yourself to experience it).
Nothing too spooky or scary in this room.
The mood is a little spookish ... kinda at the start (cabin in the woods). but no jump scares or anything to worry about so this is a good room for the whole family.
Highly recommend this room. Also if you've never played as a couple, this one wasn't too hard or too high of volume to tackle.
If you are heading out for Cabin, we also suggest playing Revenge of Anubis or Dungeon VII while you are there too.
Story
I wish I could say that I didn't see that coming but considering we were the ones who called in the "anonymous" tip I just want to compliment the country sheriff on his speed and efficiency for arresting Mr. Bubba Bunyan.
That should give us an hour or so to "investigate" the area to see where he might have left his prized batch of Kentucky whiskey.
Wonder what we should call it once we find it and sell it? Maybe we name it after Bubba ... maybe the Sheriff.
