jungle games

We developed this website and reviews with the intent of trying to connect players with the type of game that would best suit their escape room itch.

That itch could be based on where you are currently at, who all is playing, what type of day or evening are you planning, etc. 

​

The reviews are more something to keep us honest and share what type of games we like. Now what we like might differ greatly from what you are looking for, your personal interests in what a room offers, theme, story, etc. 

​

What I will do here is give thoughts on who might like this room and areas it worked and didn't work for my interests.

How might like this room is a family with younger kids. The whimsy in this room is strong and the puzzle choices and story that connects into the game play is strong. If you and your kids love Jumanji, this is a love letter to the movie.

What didn't work for me is some of the puzzles and mapping. Now, I have a tendency to over complicate an easier room and that is 100% what happened here. That is on me and not reflected in my score. Why my score is on the smaller size is some of the puzzle and task selections. Thankfully we were able to bypass some of them which is good GM'ing but they might not have been needed in the room.

Overall give this room a try if you have younger kids, they might love it.

I would highly recommend their 80's room that is at this location. Very fun to play.
