This room is ... hmm

I don't know how to describe this room adequately.

 

Yes it is an escape room and in a word it is amazing. 

​

The narrative of the room is that you are entering in the mind of an individual to steal a code. I love the movie Inception and while I'm not claiming that was the inspiration, it really had the vibe of you are going down the rabbit hole and there are no rules for expectations.

​

What I can say is that this experience is fantastic and one I really wish I could forget so I could play it again for the first time.

The immersion throughout is special. That is a hallmark of Escape Artists and this one truly stands out. From the rooms I've played thus far, in Florida, this is probably my favorite of their rooms. As a gamer and someone who grew up in the 80's there are some wonderful gems in this room.

The game play is varied, a mix of puzzles and a few physical (and funny ones). The mood of the room varies from awe inspiring to comical to spooky but nothing too creepy for the younger crowd.

​

There is a lot to do and a wide variety of task so this is a perfect 3 or 4 people room. Great couples night out in Baldwin Park or a fun day out with the family; grab a great meal and play this wonderful experience.
