Story
Why is it that only old manors and mansion are haunted?
Lockturne Manor is famous for it's ghost sightings.
This is our first investigation for Spirit Stalkers so we need to make a good first impression.
I mean, why can't the Magic Kingdom be haunted?
It's totally haunted.
Really?
I mean look how scary It's a Small World is ... creepy dolls for 20 minutes. Guarantee a good portion of those are possessed.
I will never look at that ride the same way again.
Review
This was a very fun one.
If you know Escape Ventures, they have a reputation for wonderfully immersive rooms that have excellent game play.
This room completely lives up to that reputation.
The other thing it does so well is balancing scary and spooky with approachability.
If the Haunted Mansion at the Magic Kingdom had an equivalent escape room in terms of spooky but not scary while still dealing with ghostly topics; this is the room. It's a nice blend of Mansion meets Ghost Busters.
Great theme and story for the whole family or if you have someone who doesn't like scary, this room should work for them.
While the scares are all ages, the puzzles are fair but not easy and offers fun variety.
Highly recommend this room but if you are looking for something more adult-scary; check out Nightfall while you are at this location.
